After an event or photo session, photos will be displayed online, usually within 48 hours, in a dedicated album. Please follow the steps below for event or session photography.

 

Ordering Online

1. Click Proofs at the top of page

2. Click on your event or photo session name

3. Click on your event for event photography

4. You can click on each photo to view it larger

5. The images will load, and under each photo you will see a drop box.

6. Select the size of the photo you would like

7. Select the Finish, either Glossy or Matte

8. Select the Colour, either Colour, Black & White, or Sepia

9. Click Add To Cart under the photo

10. A PayPal Cart will come up where you can change the quantity, proceed to checkout, continue shopping

11. To Continue Shopping, repeat steps 4 through 10

12. To Proceed To Checkout, follow PayPal instructions

Note: If you would like to add any special effects, collages etc., please email me with the information and I will send you a PayPal invoice

If you do not wish to pay through PayPal, you may order through mail or fax by printing out an Order Form

 

Ordering By Mail or Fax

1. Click Proofs at the top of page

2. Click on your event or photo session name

3. Click on your event for event photography

4. You can click on each photo to view it larger

5. The images will load

6. Print out an Order Form

7. Write down the Photo Reference Number directly below the photo

8. Be sure to double check the photo numbers to ensure you receive the correct photos

9. Write down the size you would like, you can click on Event Photo Price List for information or print out a PDF Price List

10. Be sure to write down any special requests for any digital effects etc.

11. Choose the Finish, Matte or Glossy

12. Fill out the rest of the form completely

3. For Online Orders, click add to cart and you will not have to select any more photos of the same person; all the photos of the same person will be on the photo CD

(Note: If the same contestant rode 2 or more horses, type 1 photo number of rider with each horse, under comments on PayPal invoice)

4. For Mail-In Orders, you will only need to write down 1 photo number, and Photo CD and all the photos of the same person will be on the photo CD
